Compound Leverage has become a SOG patented trademark for folding tools. With the same hand
pressure you will generate twice the wire cutting and gripping power than all other
conventional designs. The PowerPlier series uses our interlocking gear design, allowing the
pliers to be easily opened and closed with a one-handed flip of the wrist. SOG's hex bolt
construction allows the greatest versatility to change components and adjust your tool. All
tools are stainless steel and made in the USA.
SOG has created a new design breakthrough with the heavy duty PowerLock - a simple system for
locking folding components in place. Pivoting handle covers (removable) increase comfort and
allow more pressure to be exerted on those tough jobs. The PowerLock includes pliers/gripper,
wire cutter, crimper, 1/2 serrated blade, small/med/large flat screwdrivers, Phillips
screwdriver, a three-sided file, can/bottle opener, 1/4" drive, wood saw, rulers, lanyard loop
and spring tension scissors.
