Bank Alert - When we issue a refund or even if your order is declined the banks/credit card companies are NOT returning the money back to your account for 7-10 business days. Since we don't have your money and the banks have it, there is nothing we can do to have them release your money faster.
Prices, item availability, product specifications and photos are subject to change without notice. This means that any
differences between our website and the actual product are due to changes at the manufacturer level and are beyond our control.
By purchasing any item from KnifeZone, the buyer certifies that he/she is of legal age and in compliance with their local, state/provincial,
federal laws and importation laws for their country and is legally able to purchase these items. KnifeZone will not be held responsible for any non-compliance with any laws.
Knifezone will NOT knowingly sell knives or swords
to minors and performs random indepth checks to ensure compliance.
Minors who attempt to purchase knives or swords without verified parental approval may be banned from purchacing from Knifezone for LIFE.
Please use your complete address. Canada Post will use a special driver to deliver your item and unlike your regular postman
they will not know where to deliver your package without a complete address. Therefore, failure to add an apartment or suite number will mean that your item will be returned automatically
by Canada Post. This will increase the cost of shipping and cause a long delay, as we will need to contact you for additional shipping cost recovery before an item can be sent again.
When a buyer chooses to use their own courier KnifeZone´s responsiblity to deliver any item ends when the item is accepted by their courier company.
Any damage or lose by a buyer´s own courier will be the responsiblity of the buyer.
KnifeZone is not responsible for any item we ship that is confiscated by customs or any law enforcement ageny. The buyer is responsible
for items seized or impounded. Please note KnifeZone ships all their products from either Regina, Saskatchewan or from inside of Canada.
By purchasing any item from KnifeZone, the buyer agrees and certifies that KnifeZone is not responsible for any damage or injury to person or property resulting from the use or misuse of of the purchased item.
The buyer understands that he/she is responsible for the safe handling of knives or any other item
purchased. KnifeZone assumes no responsibility for any item on this site, nor it's particular fitness for a particular purpose.
We reverse the right not to sell weapons to any person we deem for any reason may be a danger to themselves or others. Also to anyone we deem not responsibly enough to use the weapons we sell.

Special Orders
Any current production knife, sword, etc.. not displayed on the website can typically be purchased as a special order. This popular special order option for hard to find items will required a 25% non-refundable deposit in advance.
Returns
Before returning a product we require that you email customer service for an RA# (Return Authorization).
When you have a RA number please ship the item back to our address using an insured
and trackable ground shipment method such as Canada Post Express Post. Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for packages that are
lost in transit or damaged due to poor re-packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive the item in its original box and verify it is undamaged and in saleable condition, we will issue a refund. Saleable condition means the item must not show any signs of abuse, misuse, modification, dents, scratches or damage. We cannot issue a refund on any item that cannot be resold as new. Please note that the price of item(s) and taxes will be refunded however shipping will not be refunded unless an error occured on our part.
Returns, refunds, order cancelations and exchanges may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We can not accept returns for a refund after 15 days of you receiving your product. We will accept exchanges for up to 30 days of you receiving your product.
However, returns without an RA number, or returns of item(s) which have been specialy ordered for you (items not displayed on the website), or large volume purchases will not be accepted. Please contact the manager to arrange a special return agreement before ordering any item(s) which have been specially ordered for you, or volume purchases.
Special Orders

Exchanges
If a Client would like to exchange a product due to a change in their original choice/order, the item is to be kept with its original box and packaged well for return to us,
using an insured and trackable ground shipment method such as Canada Post Express Post (at their own expense).
If you believe your item was damaged in shipping or initially defective, upon receipt of the item we will examine it.
If it was damaged in shipping or initially defective, we will reimburise your cost of shipping the item back and offer you either a new item
or a full refund without any restocking fees. However, if the item damaged or defective after any usage we will have to direct you to the
manufacturer for warranty.
Please note the rate we reimburse shipping costs if item is damaged or defective, will be very close to the rate we charge our customers for shipping.
Misprints
We do our very best to provide our customers with the most up to date and accurate information. In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, or edit an order to reflect the correction, and correct the error on our website.
Limitation of Liability
KnifeZone assumes no responsibility to you or any third party for the consequences of any inaccuracy, error or omission on the website, regardless of cause.
Opinions from any manufacturer carried by Knifezone or authors expressed on the website are those of the manufacturer or author and do not necessarily state or reflect the opinions of Knifezone.ca
International Customers
It is important that international customers check with local custom's or importation authorities before ordering from KnifeZone as we cannot be responsible for items that are seized or returned.
All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties in their country. These custom and tax fees are beyond KnifeZone's control and the customer is responsible for these fees.
All returned international shipments will be subject to the return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
